This project showcases a chatbot built using Copilot in Power Platform. Please note that it is still under development, as I am currently waiting for the finalized knowledge base that the chatbot will use.
The chatbot is accessible via Microsoft Teams.
The image above shows the general flow of the chatbot. It starts by setting conditions based on the user's input in Microsoft Teams. If the message contains certain predefined phrases, it will trigger the chatbot.
Once triggered, the chatbot presents users with two main options:
- Office's Operation
- Microsoft 365 At the moment, if the user selects Office's Operation, they are directed to another topic called Operation.
The chatbot then continues by offering more options, depending on the choices the user makes. Each path follows a conditional logic based on the selected options.
