This PR improves the player feedback loop in the SPEED CLICKER game by adding a live high-score tracker. Previously, players only knew if they broke their record at the very end of the game (or via a "NEW BEST!" message that was incorrectly hidden from first-time players).

💡 What:

  • The gameplay UI now displays the current session's high score alongside the live score.
  • The "NEW BEST! 🥳" indicator and final congratulations message now trigger for first-time players (those starting with a high score of 0).
  • Replaced manual padding with the standard \033[K ANSI escape sequence for cleaner line updates.

🎯 Why:

Providing a visible target in real-time increases player engagement and motivation. Fixing the achievement logic ensures that every player's success is celebrated from their very first game, creating a more welcoming "first-run" experience.

♿ Accessibility & UX:

  • Improved visual hierarchy with consistent color usage.
  • Reduced visual flicker and artifacts by using proper terminal erasing sequences.
  • Immediate feedback on user achievement through live score comparison.
