🎨 Palette: Inclusive Achievement Feedback and UI Polish

💡 What: Enhanced the SPEED CLICKER CLI game with real-time high score tracking, colorized countdown/prompts, and inclusive achievement logic.

🎯 Why: Previously, first-time players (starting with a high score of 0) were excluded from seeing "NEW BEST!" or congratulations messages. Additionally, the UI updates were slightly cluttered with manual padding.

♿ Accessibility/UX: Added \033[K for cleaner line clearing, colorized critical transitions (Countdown/GO!), and added a live high score display for immediate tactile reward. First-time players now also receive the 'NEW BEST!' celebration.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 10871174537812342594 started by @aidasofialily-cmd

- Improved live score display with high score tracking
- Colorized countdown and GO! prompt
- Removed `initialHighscore > 0` check to include first-time players in achievements
- Switched to `\033[K` (Erase in Line) for cleaner UI updates
