5.0 would most likely work, I just set 3.11 because that's what 5.1 supported but I hadn't verified. |

It currently seems intentional to keep it at v4 for Python 3.9 support so I'm leaving this as a draft.
However
ClassRegistryv5 has been out for a while.I'm packaging on the AUR and it needs to be patched for v5 support.
