Pymotube v0.1.0

This is the initial release of Pymotube -- a basic set of tools for collecting and decoding data transmitted by an Atmotube PRO. A specific Atmotube PRO, mine, the mac address of which is actually in the example code. If you're in range of my Atmotube feel free to connect 😄

This release has been tested thoroughly with an original Atmotube PRO on linux. The bluetooth API for the other Atmotube devices is quite different and, consequently, they are not supported.
