For JDK21 & JDK25 Fix issue with build-ids being present during installs of both jdk and jre ( and jre-headless ) on same target host. ( Restores previous behaviour )

For JDK26+ add conflicts directives to prevent co-installation of jdk & jre on the same node.

Insall JDK, followed by jre, then jre-headless.... no errors encountered.
