Add ace action "replace-window"

Closes #68. This action deletes current window and moves its buffer to
target window.

Also add the action to default dispatch alist under ?r, and under
negative arg of ace-window.

Thanks for the contribution. But since ace-window is in GNU ELPA, and the change is over the 15 lines, you'll need an Emacs Copyright Assignment before I can merge.

I'll follow the procedure. To be clear, once I sign the assignment once, I can contribute to any GNU ELPA project, i.e. I don't need to repeat this for every package? The snailmail/electronic submission requirements seem annoyingly backwards.. I guess being outside the US I'll need to do it the slow way.

Any GNU ELPA project, also core Emacs, Org-mode and CEDET. Just put "EMACS" as the program name in the form.

I agree that it could be better. But opening Emacs on any computer, with zero config, and being able to package-install avy is pretty great.

FWIW, it seems the FSF is accepting electronic submissions from all countries as of November 2016: https://www.fsf.org/blogs/licensing/fsf-now-offering-paperless-option-for-all-copyright-assignments.
