When the package
qemu-user-staticis installed, the ARM ISA supportqemu-arm/aarch64may not be registered automatically. This will cause a runtime error (Format Error) wheninstall_packages.shinvokes.... bash qemu.sh.So register them explicitly in Dockerfile.
