Prototype dashboard for viewing water quality parameters around FL.

Data shown is ingested from multiple providers through processes documented in https://github.com/USF-IMARS/FCRWQDC-SEACAR-analysis.

Older versions of this file were prepared with https://github.com/USF-IMARS/FCRWQDC_data_ingest.

For this application to work the dashboardDataSEACAR.csv file produced by the ingestion and published in this gdrive folder must be placed in the ./data/ directory. This file is not tracked using git due to the large size of the file.
