What?
Create detailed documentation for the work completed in Stage 1: Install the Bundler: Vite (HOFF-1306 Stage 1: Install the Bundler: Vite - Home Office Jira).
This should include all steps taken, decisions made, and testing outcomes. (this will be in Confluence)
The documentation will serve as a reference for future maintenance and onboarding. (this will be in Confluence)
This document should be added to the HOF Guide.
Update hof guide for users to provide integration with the new bundler.
