This updates the latest Truce to use
Go 1.16stable and CUE0.3.0-beta.5.Updating to the new CUE minor version has some interesting effects (example generation caused a panic).
I could no longer get the go generated source to work.
So I adopted
embedinstead to store the truce and openapi cue definition.A bit of whittling got everything compiling again.
I want to take a bit of time with the PR first before merging. Explore what we get with the newer changes in CUE 0.3.*.
