The .blend file contains a node setup to run "molecular" simulations / soft body simulations in Blender's Geometry Nodes. Non-bonded forces are modeled with Lennard-Jones potentials and bonds as harmonic springs.
I used blender 4.1 alpha. Older versions might not conatain the required repeat zone.
