updating Debian toolchain, add more files to .gitignore

@darealshinji thank you - I was building the package; ran into errors; and your patch allowed me to compile on Debian Buster (albeit with deprecation warnings, since I think packaging standards have changed a little bit in the past 6 years!) 😆 😆

...and even though I got it to build and package successfully, I couldn't actually use it without segfaults so I think my comment was premature anyways. 😆

Yeah, that seems to be what I remember as well.

I know FFmpeg supposedly have support for ALAC. I'd recommend trying that out
