I designed and implemented an Open Chat workflow by integrating the OpenAI platform using an API key. The workflow is trigger-based, following the ChatAI architecture. A memory module was configured to store responses in HTTPS URL format for contextual continuity. Additionally, Airtable was integrated to track reports using create, update, and delete operations.
