Please give an example of which URL has been geo-blocked. It is known that .oaiusercontent.com doesn't have any geo-blocking at all.

当 AI 节点位于日本区域时，自动选择为香港。用户在 Codex 或 ChatGPT 网页端上传图片时，域名 sdmntprjapaneast.oaiusercontent.com 会被解析到香港，导致附件上传失败。 When the AI node is located in the Japan region, it is automatically routed to Hong Kong. When users upload images from the Codex or ChatGPT web interface, the domain sdmntprjapaneast.oaiusercontent.com is resolved to Hong Kong, which causes attachment uploads to fail.
