I changed the tag update on nightly build.
Each commit on Master and main branch will update date, changelog and source code on release
I added a new release on dev branch
For now there only changelog and source code. If PR merged, I'll modify each build to send the artefact there.
For coverity action I added a key check to avoid doing check on fork.
