Chat application based on sockets, chatting by creating rooms

1. navigate to the project directory
2. run npm install make sure you have nodejs and npm installed in your device
3. run node index
4. go to localhost:3000

then you can type a room name, create it, open the same url in another tap and chatting is ready!
