TO INSTALL
- Ensure you have the .NET Desktop Runtime 9.0 installed. Download from Microsoft here
- Download this program's latest release here and extract it to a folder
- Run XCOM 2 Character Pool Utility.exe
For XCOM 2 to see a character pool, you will have to save it in the proper place. If you do NOT have the War of the Chosen expansion, you can save it in
{Your User Folder}\Documents\My Games\XCOM2\XComGame\CharacterPool\Importable
If you DO have War of the Chosen, you can still use the vanilla path, OR you can put it in
{Your User Folder}\Documents\My Games\XCOM2 War of the Chosen\XComGame\CharacterPool\Importable
