The now-deprecated baseUrl is currently being used by tsup, causing the build to fail. However, there is a PR open to resolve this here:

• Fix compatibility with TypeScript 6 or 7 egoist/tsup#1390

With the following issue references:

• Support TypeScript 6 egoist/tsup#1389
• DTS Build error TS5101: Option 'baseUrl' is deprecated and will stop functioning in TypeScript 7.0. egoist/tsup#1388

I am aware that "ignoreDeprecations": "6.0" exists, but I don't want to use it.

Regarding type errors, I will fix them once the tsup issue is resolved.
