Modify conda installation command for 'qe'

Updated conda package installation to use the latest version of 'qe'.

Not quacc's problem it seems; this should be reported either to the qe-feedstock or to the qe gitlab directly depending if it's a compilation issue or not, maybe it is better to stick to the 7.4 for now?

Thanks for the report, @tomdemeyere! Yes, seems like we will have to stick with 7.4 for now in CI, which is fine.
