This PR introduces new modules that incorporate geometry/lattice information and voxel directionality into the model. The current implementation is built on the ResNet architecture, as debugging in the original grid size and coordinate system is more straightforward.
Note: The code is currently in development/debugging mode. At this stage, performance remains comparable to our previous results and does not yet show improvement over the baseline, which is the intended goal of this extension.
