Only send a reply PDU if the response contains one. Some message types (e.g. ADD_MEMBER_TO_GROUP, ACCESS_REVOKED) are receive-only and produce no reply PDU and that is quite normal and hence silently bailout. Bug: #67 Test: Verified on iPhone and with android device.
