docs(glossary): phase 4 remove redundant see paragraphs

Summary

• Remove redundant glossary navigation-only "See ..." paragraphs.
• Preserve and relocate any remaining semantic content into chapters.

Reference alignment

• Follow-up to glossary: generated-only glossary source with reproducibility checks rust-lang/fls#656 and Tshepang phased strategy (step 4/5).
• No glossary-entry/glossary-include directives are introduced.
