Refine and complete the Turkish (tr_TR) translation file. - Added 56 missing translations (including Shortcuts, Grid settings, and tooltips). - Removed 40 obsolete entries to clean up the file. - Fixed XML formatting for better consistency. - Verified 100% completion with no missing keys.
