SAMTI_data

This repository contains the input files, SAMTI output log files, and replica exchange log files for all calculations in the SAMTI paper. The MD output files are too large to be placed here. Please contact the SAMTI authors if you are interested in the MD raw output data.

WE CURRENTLY ARE WORKING ON THE SIZE PROLEM WITH GITHUB. The data will be available when the problems are solved.
