Housing Affordability, Quality, and Security

• table 3.05: rent stabilized housing, in the column header that notes the data source (NYC Housing and Vacancy Survey), the year should be updated to 2023, not 2017
• table 3.07: housing problems, the year should also be updated to 2023, not 2017
• For tables 3.05 and 3.07, can we also add an asterisk in the title and a footnote at the bottom of page with this exact text: "The Census Bureau has reviewed this data product to ensure appropriate access, use, and disclosure avoidance protection of the confidential source data used to produce this product (Data Management System (DMS) number: P-7519373, Disclosure Review Board (DRB) approval number: CBDRB-FY24-0395)."
• table 3.10: number of individuals in shelter system by last address, can we confirm with Alex if this dataset hasn't been updated since 2022? briefly looked at the open dataset and it seems like it was supposedly updated 2024 but the most recent report date is still 2022.
• table 3.11: income-restricted housing, Update the table header to: "NYC Housing Authority, 2024; NYC Housing Preservation and Development, 2025"
• table 3.12: population in NYC Housing Authority Housing, the header should be updated to 2024, not 2023
• table 3.13: housing lottery applications, the table header should be updated to NYC Housing Connect 2022-2024
• table 3.14: housing lottery leases, the table header should be updated to 2022-2024

• table 4.01: change in housing units, the table header should be updated to 2024Q4

Quality of Life and Access to Opportunity

• For Quality of Life, table 5.12: educational outcomes - there's new data for this indicator, so these values shouldn't be NA?
• For table 5.13: educational outcomes - high school graduate rate (students entering 9th grade in 2014) should be 2020, not 2014
• For table 5.18: public safe - non-fatal, violence-related hospitalizations, the table's row header should also be updated to say total non-fatal, violence-related hospitalizations rather than assault

Displacement Risk Map

Population Vulnerability

• For Non-white population, population with income below 200% of federal poverty rate, can we round to one decimal place?
• For the margin of error for population with income below 200% of federal povery rate, can we round to one decimal place?

Housing Conditions

• "Housing with 3+ maintenance deficiencies" should be updated to "Housing with 3+ housing problems"
  Can we remove the second percent sign that's showing up for housing that is not income-restricted?
• "Housing that is not rent-stabilized" should be updated to "Occupied housing that is rent-stabilized"
• For NTAs that have 0 values for Housing with 3+ housing problems and housing that is rent-stabilized, can we swap those to be NA instead?
