Updated component versions for MIP 9.0.2: - platform-ui: 1.0.0 → 1.0.1 (TOS page rendering and proceed button fixes) - platform-backend: 9.1.0 → 9.1.1 (NDA acceptance persistence fix) - Updated .env.example, values.yaml, and Components.md references accordingly
- remove duplicated network.ingress block from values - make platform-ui.ingress the single source for ingress enablement/TLS/redirect - update chart docs to reflect ownership
