What is gLabels
===============

gLabels is a small stand-alone program for creating labels and business
cards using a laser or ink-jet printer.

How to compile and install newest version of glabels from Github in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS 64-bit
===========================================================================================

Open a Terminal and executing the following commands one by one:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get purge glabels
sudo apt-get build-dep glabels
sudo apt-get install checkinstall unp build-essential git
sudo apt-get install libgtk2.0-dev libgnomeui-dev libxml2-dev libglade2-dev libebook1.2-dev gtk-doc-tools libyelp-dev yelp-tools librsvg2-dev
cd
rm -rf glabels
git clone git://git.gnome.org/glabels glabels
cd glabels/
./autogen.sh
make
sudo make install
sudo ldconfig /usr/local/lib
glabels-3-batch  --help
glabels-3
