Add token back-face style and saga/leveler PT improvements to Mainframe DFC

Summary

• Add "token" as a new back-face style option with all Mainframe Token frame variants (archetype, state, copy, tall, legendary, clear, M20, MTGO
• Ability, nyx, snow, vehicle, custom border)
• Add hovering PT reminder for saga fronts with triangle notch cutout indicator below chapter symbols
• Fix leveler front PT box visibility (show even when pt_2 is empty)
• Fix leveler front hovering PT to show back-face PT (card.pt_4)
• Add color indicator support on token back-face type line
• Shrink leveler level 3/4 text boxes to avoid overlapping hovering PT

Test plan

• Set back style to "token" — verify token frame renders correctly with image, textbox, name, PT
• Toggle token frame variants (M20, tall, clear, nyx, snow, vehicle, etc.)
• Verify all existing back styles (normal, planeswalker, saga, class, leveler, etc.) still work unchanged
• Set front to saga, back to normal/token — verify hovering PT and triangle notch appear
• Set front to leveler — verify hovering PT shows back-face PT (pt_4), not level 2 PT
