A web-first calendar and scheduler webapp for tracking garden growth.

Tech Stack

• Frontend: React 19 + Vite, Tailwind CSS, FullCalendar, React Router
• Backend: Python FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, SQLite
• API Docs: Auto-generated at /docs (Swagger UI)

Getting Started

Backend

cd backend
source .venv/bin/activate
python init_db.py
uvicorn app.main:app --reload

The API runs at http://localhost:8000. Interactive docs at http://localhost:8000/docs.

Frontend

cd frontend
npm install
npm run dev

The app runs at http://localhost:5173 and proxies API requests to the backend.
