fix: surface blog automation kit in catalog

Summary

• add the existing kits/automation/blog-automation project to the root README catalog
• close the discoverability gap around the open blogWriter request

The underlying kit already exists in the repo. This PR makes it visible from the main catalog so the request is no longer effectively hidden.
