Add logscan-based per‑library run progress with phase ordering, durations, and playlist support.
Improve run status UX on the final page with ordered tables, prep timing, totals, and collapsible sections.
Fix run‑state edge cases (stop handling, queue/run now, divider caching) and align run‑order logic with config.

Backend logscan enhancements for phases, playlists, preparation timing, divider detection, summary parsing, and “run finished” handling.
/logscan/progress payload expanded (phase order, allowed phases, prep timing, playlist stats, stop state handling).
Final page UI rework: phase table columns, totals row, prep row, hidden skipped rows, playlists column, ordered library dropdown, collapsible command/output.
