WoW API for VS Code

Adds IntelliSense features for World of Warcraft API to VS Code. This is a third party extension for LuaLS with annotations.

Instructions

• The extension will automatically load when opening an addon folder with a .toc file.
• Alternatively the Activate WoW API extension command manually enables it.
