Build-Dependencies:

- SDL2 2.0.4	
http://www.libsdl.org/ and http://www.libsdl.org/libraries.php
Windows: Start the build environment (devel2013x64.bat) and call ../BuildDependencies_2013 to
invoke the automatic build of the necessary SDL Libraries.
Humbug is using these SDL libraries:
	SDL2-2.0.4
	SDL2_gfx-1.0.1
	SDL2_image-2.0.0
	SDL2_mixer-2.0.0
	SDL2_net-2.0.0
	SDL2_ttf-2.0.12
	oglconsole-0.2
