Initial functioning version for ct-controller's jetson edge inference plugin.

• Reads required camera and model configurations from the advanced app variables through configure endpoint.
• Pulls the jetson inference's docker image and downloads the model on jetson nano using the patra model id provided.
• Can execute the inference application's container and write logs in the generated job directory.
