Attending public meetings?

• Other CfA brigades do this to get the word out
• We should make a list of city/county meetings that are open to the public so we can start attending them
• Someone in the Slack said something like "All you have to do is show up to these meetings and bring your technical know-how...because none of the other people there will have any."
• NRC may have a list of neighborhood organization meetings
