…AIR Mini These diagnostic entities are already present in the Open AIR Valve firmware but were missing from the Open AIR Mini. Adds uptime, internal MCU temperature, ESPHome firmware version, and WiFi IP address, all under entity_category: diagnostic so they appear in the Diagnostic tab in Home Assistant.

The valves already had nice additional info (ip address etc) but the openair minis didn't. This MR adds that.
