One of the most commonly used tags has gone a long time without an update.

Changes:

Expand on what concepts needed, including some general programming ones.
Rearrange courses, remove the paid one, add one popular YouTube tutorial.
Remove the text mentioning mixins and replace it with a guide to Fabric Documentation.
