NOTE: I will add the functionality to see the details of items added to cart while solving ISSUE 57 (I have not added it here currently).
I have added a cart icon in the navigation bar as instructed. I have also added two buttons "Add to Cart" and "Remove" beside each item of the menu. Using these buttons, user can add to or remove items from the cart. Please re-view the changes and merge them.
