We need dependable address activity detection on chains where existing providers were missing coverage or produced inconsistent updates in production. Using Tatum as the common integration point reduces monitoring blind spots and makes webhook event handling more reliable under real-world delivery behavior.
Motivation is to capture the current plugin patterns in one place so new provider integrations can follow server conventions without re-deriving them from Alchemy and Tatum. The docs are split into a general plugin blueprint and a webhook guide because webhook plugins have extra ownership, startup, and delivery constraints that deserve focused guidance.

Missing multi-worker IPC broadcast for webhook activity
High Severity
The Tatum plugin does not broadcast webhook activity across cluster workers via IPC, unlike the Alchemy plugin. The server defaults to cpus().length workers, and the master process already relays webhook-activity messages between them. Without process.send() on webhook receipt and a process.on('message') listener, a webhook arriving at Worker A for an address subscribed on Worker B is silently dropped (returns 200 to Tatum but never emits update). The PR's own documentation in webhook-based-plugins.md Step 8 explicitly flags this as critical for production.

Besides the item from bugbot I think this is fine as-is. I would have preferred to see you utilize the tatum sdk for chain constants, urls, types, etc.
