Managing the project board

The product backend is managed by our product owner. Every sprint a few issues are selected to be completed this sprint. These issues are moved to the sprint backlog.

The issues in the sprint backlog are assigned to one or multiple members. During the sprint these members(the assignees) move the sprint item from the backlog to in progress and finally to ready.

After the sprint the changes made are reviewed and items can be moved according to the concessions of that meeting
