Add Laravel 13 compatibility

This package declared support up to Laravel 12 and had a typo (required instead of require) that caused Composer to silently ignore the dependency constraints entirely.

Changes

• Fix required → require in composer.json — the misspelled key meant dependency constraints were never enforced by Composer
• Extend version constraints to include Laravel 13:
  • illuminate/collections: adds ^13.0
  • orchestra/testbench: adds ^11.0 (testbench 11.x targets Laravel 13)
• Add composer.lock to .gitignore — appropriate for library packages
