Current focus: Valkurai — a financial firewall for autonomous AI agents. Every agent transaction through three gates: identity, policy, and intent. Before a single cent moves.

• Documenting real-world AI agent payment incidents and what they mean for developers building production systems

Thinking about: The gap between how agentic AI is being deployed and the governance infrastructure that doesn't yet exist for it. Particularly in financial workflows, where the consequences of an uncontrolled agent are immediate and measurable.
