This should contain all the Matlab code for SMOTE0

In order to make the code run, you need to get the following toolboxes:
1. Prtools,    prtools.org
2. DDtools,    https://www.tudelft.nl/ewi/over-de-faculteit/afdelingen/intelligent-systems/pattern-recognition-bioinformatics/pattern-recognition-laboratory/data-and-software/dd-tools/
3. Restools,   http://homepage.tudelft.nl/n9d04/restools_1_7_0.zip

The datasets should be available, maybe in:
/tudelft.net/staff-groups/ewi/insy/PRLab/smote0

Then the main function is
experiment.m
