A redesign of the RoR Server Admin Panel

Added Rigs of Rods Panel to login file.
- Next, the overall login/serverlist/configuration container should be centered vertical, as well as horizontal.
- Add Official Rigs of Rods logo to grey container floating north.
- Redesign all buttons
- Give list hover new color
- Resize container to fit.
