Description
In the effort to assist Hao with getting WRIMS 2.2 building successfully from his new workspace, RMA walked through the current documentation from a blank VM. It was identified that the documented Java 8 JDK failed during template download steps in the build-installer process.
Motivation and Context
Assisting Hao with getting developer workspace up and running again.
How Has This Been Tested?
Repeated testing in a blank cloud VM environment.
