Fix missing accesstransformer.cfg causes error message

You don't even have an accesstransformer file. Because of that, I removed it. And if you really want to use the default location, you don't need to use it as you can read below the entry I deleted:

# The [[accessTransformers]] block allows you to declare where your AT file is.
# If this block is omitted, a fallback attempt will be made to load an AT from META-INF/accesstransformer.cfg
