Hi there 👋

I'm Arvin (Fazel) Mirzaei, and I’m fascinated by how waves-particles interact with matter.

That curiosity has led me to work at the intersection of experimental physics, computational imaging, material characterization, and data-driven analysis — particularly using X-ray and neutron scatetring techniques.

Most of what you’ll find here revolves around:

  • Turning complex physical interactions into structured data
  • Extracting microstructural information from 3D imaging
  • Building physics-aware machine learning tools

I like bridging experiment, theory, and computation.
