Updates the test container base image from
php:8.2-clitophp:8.5-cli.PHP 8.5 was released November 2025. This keeps the local Docker test environment current.
Note: CI still tests against PHP 8.2 and 8.3 via
shivammathur/setup-php. Adding 8.5 to the CI matrix is a separate concern.
