Does not work on qutebrowser/QtWebEngine

With cookies on and JS off, it does not work (keeps refreshing).
With cookies on and JS on, it does work.
That's pretty weird.

Probably because <img loading="lazy"> doesn't work when JavaScript is disabled on the browser (but probably works if using NoScript).

As a web developer I understand the underlining idea behind making it only work if JavaScript is enabled (to prevent a webpage from tracking scroll state when JavaScript is disabled, thus to increase privacy) but I hate that, aside from this edge case aside, it takes a HTML API that would be great for NoJS users and makes it unusable for them. There is a website of mine that I use almost no JS (just in a single page, with a CSS-based fallback) but if you disable JS it will load all images at the same time, causing the server to block requests and image requests to fail. I hate this.
